I had a decent experience at the hair salon. The atmosphere was nice, and the stylists seemed very talented. I got a color treatment and a trim, and I was happy with the results. However, the service felt a bit rushed, and I think they could improve on taking their time to connect with each customer. What a gem of a salon! I came in for a haircut and I was beyond impressed by the level of service I received. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive without being pushy. My stylist really listened to what I wanted and offered some great suggestions that I hadn't even considered. I loved the cozy atmosphere; it felt welcoming and relaxed. There was a nice selection of magazines to browse through while I waited, which is always a plus! The haircut itself was fantastic; the stylist was meticulous and clearly skilled. It was refreshing to have someone who truly cared about getting it right. I did find the prices a bit on the higher side, but given the quality of service and the end result, I think it was worth it.
